VISITORS
If you are a visitor you will need to book via our Online Booking. Payment will be taken at the time of booking. Visitors may book after 11.00am Monday – Thursday & after 1pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Visitor bookings can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
PLEASE NOTE During the winter period (1st Nov to 31st March) Wrekin Golf Club will require all golfers to use a mat across ALL closely mown grass on the course. The club will provide mats for use (purple in colour), these can be collected from outside golf reception. You must return the mat on completion of your round to the storage location outside golf reception. As per last year the use of winter wheels on trolleys will come into force on 1st Nov until the 31st March 2026.
Wrekin Golf Club welcomes 1905 Club members & SHUGC Card holders. These bookings may be made by calling Golf Reception 01952 244032 ext 1 or by email no more than 7 days in advance.
1905 Club members must provide their Club membership card upon arrival & their WHS Number.
SHUGC County Card Holders
The SHUGC County Card is valid from the 1st April each year until 31st March of the following year. Please ensure you have the current card 2025-2026 card. Failure to provide this will result in having to pay the full green fee. SHUGC County Cards must be filled in on the back with the members details & signed by the card holder. The SHUGC County card is non-transferable. Wrekin Golf Club accepts SHUGC County Cards Monday to Friday. Green fees from November 1st have been reduced to £45.00 Monday to Thursday & £50.00 Friday to Sunday. The County card rate therefore is £22.50 Monday to Thursday and £25.00 Fridays. Wrekin GC do not accept county cards on Weekends. SHUGC cardholders may play once a year at any of the listed clubs, albeit many clubs gladly welcome return visits. Wrekin Golf Club permits 3 visits. Bookings must be made in advance with Golf Reception 01952 244032 ext 1, no more than 7 days in advance. Restrictions on time & day of the week may apply. In general, bookings will not be accepted for weekends or Bank Holidays.
SHUGC card members must have a current handicap & agree to be bound by the rules of the club being visited.The SHUGC card may only be used for groups of up to 4 players. It may not be used in connection with larger groups or societies.
Green fee vouchers
If you have a WGC Green Fee Voucher, you will need to book your tee time with Golf Reception on 01952 244032 ext 1, no more than 7 days in advance. Vouchers are valid 7 days a week, however, we no longer accept vouchers before 13.00 on Friday, Saturday & Sundays.
Buggy rates – Visitors £30.00 per buggy
